EDGE10 Group Acquires Quesd NV to Expand Health & Wellness Ecosystem in Global Football

London, (June 29th, 2023) – EDGE10 Group, the leading athlete management software provider, is delighted to announce the acquisition of its Belgian-based market competitor QUESD NV.

QUESD’s SoccerLAB product is both complementary with and additive to EDGE10’s ARMS Health & Performance solutions. The acquisition will see some of the most storied names in European football – including Borussia Dortmund, Club Brugge and PSV Eindhoven – join the global list of 1,500+ teams already using EDGE10’s ARMS solutions.

SoccerLAB’s additional modules will add further functionality to the business, once fully assimilated, thus also providing both EDGE10’s and QUESD’s pre-existing clients with a richer product offering.

QUESD’s Panega product services Olympic and other multi-sport clients, which will turbo-charge EDGE10 Group’s ability to increase its exposure and product offering to clients to compliment the competitions and league-based sports which are its focus.

The QUESD acquisition is the latest step in EDGE10’s strategy of consolidating and improving a fragmented market by acquiring leading market competitors. It follows the successful 2019 acquisition of AthleteRMS, a move which – from a health and wellbeing software perspective – brought under one ‘roof’ many of the world’s top sports leagues and competitions, including Major League Baseball, the NHL and ATP.

“We are very excited to be able to expand our product offering again through this acquisition,” said Olly Andrews, Founder of EDGE10 Group. “QUESD’S blue chip client list is testament to the quality of their work over many years, and we are delighted to welcome so many great names in sport to the EDGE10 family”.

“Our experience has been that as we continue to consolidate the industry and its varied products, we are increasingly able to ensure that our clients can access all their requirements through one ecosystem. This is not only more cost-efficient, but also carries the lowest possible technology and security risks”.

“We will be working hard in the future to bring the benefits of SoccerLAB’s additional product features to our Major League partners in North America” added Justin Paige, EDGE10 Group CEO. “From our perspective, in what is a fast-growing industry, organic client acquisition continues to be the main engine of our year-on-year revenue growth. However, we will remain active in seeking acquisitions which fit with our strategy.”
